2. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing listed on our website is transparent and subject to change.

  • Any custom services or add-ons not listed on the website will be quoted separately.

  • Work begins once payment, deposit, or agreement is received as outlined in your service plan.

  • Monthly services (e.g., maintenance, ads management) are billed automatically unless canceled.

  • Late payments may result in service interruption.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project or service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Supply required content (text, photos, logos) unless otherwise agreed

  • Approve drafts, designs, or changes in a reasonable timeframe

  • Maintain access to accounts you own (e.g., domain registrar, Google account)

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information from the client.

4. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Business Profile

  • Google Ads

  • Web hosting providers

  • Domain registrars

  • Analytics tools

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party services you use.
We are not liable for outages, errors, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.

5. Advertising Costs

If you choose to run digital ads:

  • Ad spend is separate from our service fees

  • You are responsible for funding your advertising budget

  • We are not responsible for platform fees, changes in advertising policies, or ad performance fluctuations

We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue from ads.

6. No Guarantees of Results

While we strive to improve your online visibility and performance:

  • We cannot guarantee specific rankings on Google or other search engines

  • We cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, or sales

  • Marketing results vary based on competition, industry, budget, and other external factors

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • You own the content you provide to us

  • Upon full payment, you own your completed website content and design

  • We retain rights to use non-confidential project examples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

Certain assets (plugins, templates, stock media) may be subject to licensing terms.

8. Website Hosting & Domains

We do not assume responsibility for:

  • Hosting outages

  • Domain expiration

  • Security breaches on third-party hosting platforms

We recommend keeping backups and ensuring your hosting account stays active and secure.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Monthly services can be canceled anytime with written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Completed work, setup fees, and past monthly charges are non-refundable.

  • Projects paused for 30+ days due to missing client information may be closed without refund.

A custom refund policy can be added if needed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Get Found Kelowna is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, customers, or opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms or accounts

  • Unauthorized access to client accounts

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in dispute.
