Refund Policy

At Get Found Kelowna, we strive to provide transparent, reliable services to small businesses. Because our work involves time, planning, and service delivery, the guidelines below explain when refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Website Projects (One-Time Fees)
Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Because website work involves time, planning, and design, payments for website projects are non-refundable once work has started.
If No Work Has Started:
A refund may be issued minus any processing fees if no work has begun and no materials have been delivered.
2. Google Business, SEO, and Ads Setup Fees
Setup fees for services such as:

Google Business Profile setup

Basic SEO setup

Ads account setup
…are non-refundable once the setup has been started.
If no work has begun, a refund may be possible minus processing fees.
3. Monthly Services (Maintenance, SEO, Ads Management)
Monthly services are billed in advance.

Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable once the cycle begins.

You may cancel future billing anytime by contacting us before the next cycle renews.

After cancellation, services will continue until the end of the paid period.
4. Digital Advertising Spend
Ad spend paid directly to platforms like Google is non-refundable, as it is paid to the platform, not to Get Found Kelowna.
We do not guarantee performance or results from ads or SEO, as outcomes vary by industry and competition.
5. Missed Deadlines Due to Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required materials (content, logins, approvals, etc.), refunds will not be issued.
Projects paused for 30+ days due to missing information may be marked complete or closed without refund.
6. Quality Concerns
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will make reasonable revisions based on the service package you purchased.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after work has been completed, but we will work with you to resolve concerns where reasonably possible.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in rare cases where:

A duplicate payment occurred

A service was purchased by mistake and caught immediately
