Do I need to talk to anyone?
No. You sign up, pay and get started online. Support is by email at getfoundkelowna@gmail.com, answered within 1 business day.
I'm not good with tech. Is this for me?
Yes. We do all the tech. When we need something, we email step-by-step instructions with pictures.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No, never. Google and Facebook let you invite us with a link. You click “accept”.
What's in the free audit?
A check of your Google listing, reviews and website, what to fix first, and 3 ready-to-post replies to your real Google reviews. Free, within 24 hours, no obligation.
What happens after I pay?
You land on a short setup form (about 3 minutes). Then we email your checklist: your logo and photos, and a 2-click invite. You're live within 48 hours.
Is it really AI doing the work?
Yes. Videos, captions, posts, review replies and articles are made and posted by AI. That keeps prices low and the work consistent.
Do I need to film anything?
No. We use your existing photos, clips and Google reviews. Fresh phone photos help, but they're optional.
Can I approve posts first?
Yes. Posts go out automatically by default, or you can approve each one with a quick reply.
How do review requests get sent?
After each job, your customer gets a short text or email with a link to review you on Google. Only real customers get one.
Can I cancel? Is there a contract?
No contract. Month to month. Just reply “cancel” to any of our emails, and your plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. The website and quick wins are one-time fees. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the AI Front Desk is free for 14 days (card needed; cancel in that time and you pay nothing). One-time packages have no trial, but the free audit, with 3 done-for-you review replies, shows you our work first.
Can I pay by e-Transfer?
Yes. Send an Interac e-Transfer to getfoundkelowna@gmail.com (auto-deposit, no password needed). Put your business name and the plan in the message, and we'll email you within 24 hours. Monthly plans by e-Transfer are paid each month; we'll email you a reminder.
Are there any limits? Do prices include tax?
A few friendly ones: the AI Front Desk covers up to 300 phone minutes a month (we'll warn you if you get close), Review Catch-Up covers up to 100 reviews, and the website includes 2 rounds of changes. Prices are in CAD, plus GST.
Will I rank #1 on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. We promise the work Google rewards: regular posts, answered reviews and a complete listing.
